Sonatype Nexus License Agreement

Automated use of Nexus is not directly considered license use. The intent of the number of users in the license agreement is to count the number of people in your organization who rely on Nexus to build their work. People who rely on editing jenkins-Builds that use Nexus. nexus.opendaylight.org/content/sites/site//org.opendaylight.mdsal/latest/mdsal-binding-dom-codec/odlparent/bundle-parent/dom-parent/mdsal-binding-dom-codec/ As used herein, “Confidential Information” means all Confidential Information disclosed by one Party (“Disclosing Party”) to the other Party (“Receiving Party”), either orally or in writing, that is classified as confidential or that, having regard to the nature of the information, are disclosed; and the circumstances of the disclosure. The confidential information of each party includes the terms of this Agreement and the order form, as well as business and marketing plans, research, development, services, customers, customer lists, designs, drawings, technologies and technical information, products, software, developments, inventions, processes, the formulas, finances and business processes of this Party; and Sonatype`s confidential information includes product documentation and specifications and any other materials provided or made available to reseller. However, confidential information does not include information known to the public or that is not known to the public without breaching an obligation owed to the public party, (ii) the receiving party is known before it is disclosed by the disclosed party, without breaching an obligation owed to the disclosed party, (iii) a third party without breaching an obligation owed to the disclosed party; or (iv) has been independently developed by the receiving party, without using or accessing the disclosing party`s confidential information. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by the disclosing party, (i) the receiving party shall exercise the same degree of diligence as it uses to protect its own confidential information of the same nature (but in no case less due diligence) in order not to disclose the disclosing party`s confidential information or to use it for purposes not covered by this Agreement; and (ii) the receiving party shall limit access to the disclosing party`s confidential information to those of its collaborators, contractors and representatives who require such access for purposes consistent with this Agreement, who have signed confidentiality agreements with the receiving party, which contain protection no less stringent than that contained therein, and for which the party receives full responsibility. . . .
